All the TOWERFORCE team are trained and inducted in there specialist roles. Any requirement for specialist training shall be identified and arrangements made for the training to be provided to all relevant personal. A Safety Training Register is maintained for the company and made available to all projects as and if required.

TOWER MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS

TOWERFORCE realises the importance of regularly scheduled maintenance on existing structures; the longevity of your system depends on it. We have the know-how to conduct complete site audits which can be specifically tailored to each customer.

We offer full-service tower site mapping including a detailed report listing all the antennas, feeders and associated hardware on the tower, line-of-site photos, and compound diagrams to reflect the existing shelters, equipment racks, and utility locations.

Specialising in tower modifications, we can easily take accurate field measurements. We are able to make repairs and modifications using either ordered materials or working with customer-provided materials to change out bracing's, guy wires as well as foundation upgrades.

Thanks for supporting my cause.

Did you know current estimates suggest over 600 children will be newly diagnosed with cancer in Australia in the coming year. 

A further 10,000 will be living at some stage of their cancer experience and staggeringly, a further 130,000 children will have a parent diagnosed with cancer.

Add to this the alarming estimate that 1 in 2 Australian adults will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85, and you have a society where children under the age of 13 are more than likely trying to come to grips with cancer.  

Your donation will help Camp Quality continue to reshape the mindset of a generation and to creating a more resilient, informed and compassionate young-adult population through our in hospital, at home, in school and recreation programs.

He has over 36 years in the construction and communications  industry and over 10 years in running a variety of businesses . Ricky is involved In all the day to day running of TOWERFORCE'S growing international relations and conducts his businesses with honesty and integrity.

Perri Gullello has spent more than 35 years in the Construction and Telecommunications industry. His knowledge & experience is second to none. He is more than happy hanging off a tower as he is sat in the office looking after the clients and employees needs.

Bruce Jonns joined TOWERFORCE in 2019 as Director of Operations. Over the past 35 years Bruce has had many Technical, Project & Operations Manager positions. Bruce also holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, which was awarded with Distinction.

Leo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineer (BSECE). Leo joined TOWERFORCE in 2018 and has more than 27 years of Technical Knowledge in Telecommunication Systems. He is a strong leader and is responsible for all technical deliverable's across all projects.
